Hi, We are Sarah & Steph the owners of Dream Events, an award winning Southampton based pop-up event company.
We met in Summer 2021 as stall holders at Hedge End Market, ( a Southampton Market) and clicked instantly and soon realised that we both shared the same enthusiasm , drive and determination and a strong friendship formed very quickly.

- We have access to a network of 1000+ local and trusted stallholders, all whom are based in Southampton and surrounding areas.
- All sellers at our events must have Public Liability insurance and complete a thorough risk assessment.
- Dream Empire Events has it’s own Public Liability insurance policy for the sum of £5M.
- Stall holders conform to all of their own industry laws and standards.
- We are an approved Event Company of Eastleigh Borough Council & Southampton City Council
- All food based business that we work with have a minimum Food Hygiene Rating of 4, but where possible, we only use those with 5.
- We support Southampton & Hampshire businesses, by encouraging local residents to “Shop Local”.
- Our Southampton markets & craft fairs are accessible to all and operate during sociable hours.
- We support multiple charities at each event, offering a discount on pitch fees, plus a FREE PITCH at Eastleigh Market (We have given away over £2000 worth of discounted & free pitches so far)
- We have helped our charities to raise over £50,000 at our events.
- We will have different events, and different stall holders at each event, to give diversity and variety to potential visitors to our events.
- We only allow a maximum of 2 sellers selling similar items at our events.
- We will attend to all aspects of planning the craft fair/market/event, from finding the venue, stall holders and advertising too.
- We work with many local councils and other event organisers to put on community events for all to enjoy
- All of our events are free entry for the public.
- All outdoor events are dog friendly.
